Love on the rocks, there's no surprise, you know the song, first they say they like your personal ad, then they want to meet you but there is no pictures so naturally you ask and never hear from them again. Or worse they send you a cryptic message and get upset when you immediately don't respond and when you do they respond and share a few messages and then suddenly never contact you again especially after not saying what you have or haven't done. Maybe lying is better and conversations are much longer and seem like you go somewhere with it. you still might end up on the rocks broken and sinking but maybe you go down with a wicked grin and some sense that at least you got something other than annoyance out of it.

thoughts on tomatoes
I have a friend, he's a lot older than I am. He plants tomatoes. His life is one that is gentle and in humble service to God. If he is one of the Meek that Jesus referred to than I can see him inheriting the earth. I have never heard one word of anger or hatred come from his lips. He inspires me to be a better human and Christian.
It is his eternal sunshine and positive. He tells me that he loves me and I believe him. I love him too- Love, of course, is not an accurate word. I love him as I would love my father and my friend. It amazes me that this kind of emotion is possible and saddens me that we don't feel that kind of love for all others.
Perhaps if there were words in English that would describe and ascribe such levels of love without the cynical would not misinterpret.

Trying to figure out ways to make an additional income without having to move to another country.
I plan to post my first video blog today. we'll have to see how that goes, since I look like crap and haven't tried out my Logitech hd webcam much. It just sits there and gazes at me adoringly, ok that would actually be my cat Yorick- though adoringly may be a stretch it's more like expectantly.
Trying to make a go of istockphoto and see if I can raise some funds there.
EBay is continuing to get worse and worse, now bidders can feel free to back out of auctions whenever they want- i have have more winning bidders decide not to pay for their items this year than in all of the last 10 years on selling there. Never mind what "buyer protection" does to business.
